What is Remy's World?
Remy's World is a mental health comic and illustration brand built around a small cast of characters who each carry their own quiet struggles. It was created to bring comfort on the days that feel too heavy, and to remind people that healing takes time, feelings are safe to have, and small kindnesses can carry you through.
Who are the characters?
- Patch — a tortoise who carries many things, some in his shell and some in his heart. He's still learning that it's okay to put a few of them down and enjoy the view.
- Remy — a shadow who remembers everything, the kind of memory that teaches instead of haunts. He can be hard to look at sometimes, but he always means well.
- Nimbus — made of mist and feelings, always a little too worried about what might go wrong. But even on cloudy days, they carry a bit of sunlight inside.
- Lumi — she struggles with chronic pain, but that doesn't make her worth any less. She needs patience and kindness, and is learning that it's okay to rest.
Is Remy's World a mental health resource or a form of treatment?
Remy's World is art and storytelling, not a substitute for professional mental health support. Our comics, prints, and products are meant to offer comfort, companionship, and a sense of "you're not alone", but if you're struggling, we'd always encourage reaching out to a qualified professional or a trusted support service alongside enjoying our stories.
What does Remy's World stand for?
Everything we make is guided by a handful of values: empathy, empowerment, early intervention, education, gentleness, honesty, connection, accessibility, and community — and above all, comfort without pressure. We try not to make medical or diagnostic claims; our aim is simply to help people feel a little less alone.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary a little depending on what you've ordered, since some items are made just for you when you order them. You'll find specific details below for each type of product.
When will my Remy Worry Warrior arrive?
Each Remy is shaped and finished by hand, so please allow a little time before it's ready to travel to you. Once your Remy has been dispatched, it should reach you within 2–3 working days. You'll receive an email as soon as it's on its way, so you know exactly when to expect your new companion.
What about prints, apparel, and other products?
Most of our other products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner, so shipping times can vary depending on the item and where it's being sent. These items are printed and made especially for you once you order, so they take a little longer than our ready-made pieces. On average, production takes 2–5 business days, and once that's done, delivery typically takes a further 1–8 business days domestically, or up to 1–20 business days for international orders, depending on your location. 1–10 business days for UK & EU. You'll always receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped, with tracking so you can follow its journey to you. Will I get a tracking notification?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email so you're never left wondering where your Remy (or your new print or tee) has gotten to.
My order is taking longer than expected, what should I do?
We know waiting can be hard, especially when you're excited for something small and comforting to arrive. Occasionally things run a little behind, especially during busier periods. Clay Worry Warriors
What are the clay Remy figures made from?
Each Remy is hand-shaped from polymer clay, baked to harden, and finished with a satin gloss glaze for a smooth, gentle sheen. Because each one is shaped by hand, you may notice small variations from piece to piece , that's part of what makes your Remy one of a kind.
How do I care for my clay Remy?
Your Remy is sturdy, but a few gentle habits will help it stay looking its best:
- Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth if it needs a clean — avoid soaking it in water.
- Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight or heat sources (like radiators or car dashboards), as this can affect the clay and glaze over time.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can dull or damage the satin finish.
- Handle with clean, dry hands where possible, as oils can build up on the glazed surface over time.
- If your Remy is dropped or knocked, the glaze can chip or scratch, so it's best displayed somewhere safe from bumps and falls (a shelf rather than a busy tabletop, for example).
Is every Worry Warrior exactly the same?
No two are quite identical. Since each Remy is shaped and glazed by hand, you might see differences in texture, glaze thickness, or finish , these are part of Remy's character and unique charm.
Can I get my Worry Warrior wet?
The baked clay itself is fairly water-resistant, but we'd recommend keeping your Remy away from water where possible, since the glaze isn't designed for soaking or submersion. A gentle wipe is best for cleaning.
